Delivery Information UK Delivery Charges
Delivery is free on all UK mainland orders over £50. We do not ship to the Channel Islands or Internationally.
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 5 working days. Where possible we will contact you with a dispatch date and approximate arrival date. We will require a contact number from you to be passed on to the delivery driver if necessary. Personalised items may take a little longer, and you should allow 7-10 working days for these to arrive.
Please ensure you enter the correct address and postcode. If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Kimellajoe Creations cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
For smaller items which do not require a signature, proof of postage will be obtained on dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in the post but on your request we will send you the proof of postage to allow you to make a claim with the courier for compensation. Product Information All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices.
All goods are subject to availability. If sold out, you will be informed immediately and offered an equivalent item of the same or higher value or a complete refund. |
